Here are a few things to make sure we provide you a great customer service experience:


  • If you are renting, you responsible for gaining approval for any change of locks. 
  • You are responsible to be present at the time of the installation.
  • We will provide instruction, but you are responsible for setting your personal entry codes. 
  • We install with long lasting batteries, but you are responsible for changing when needed. 
  • We will provide a backup key for you to store for any emergencies. 
  • At this time we are only installing interior Knob Locking Doors, not Deadbolts.

Return and Refund policy

  • Our goal is to ensure your full satisfaction at installation. 
  • Should there be a malfunction we will replace within in 14 days of install. 
  • If within the first 14 days, you choose to change back to your previous door knob, we will change out and refund the cost of the lock.
